## Description

Kyro is an AI-powered candidate assessment platform designed to help talent teams make more consistent, evidence-based hiring decisions. It supports the hiring process from CV review through structured AI voice interviews and preparation for the human interview stage. Teams can upload a job description, required criteria and hiring context, then use Kyro to create focused interview flows with follow-up questions that adapt in real time. Candidates complete interviews on their own schedule, while the platform captures transcripts, highlights, summaries, strengths, gaps and role-fit evaluations for recruiters and hiring managers to review.

Kyro also compares CVs against role requirements, ranks candidate pools by provisional fit and indicates where screening conversations could verify uncertain claims. After interviews, it helps distinguish clear finalists from candidates who need further discussion and suggests areas for a focused human conversation. Recommendations are supported by transcript evidence, while hiring decisions remain with the team and can be recorded for an auditable process.
