## Description

Brinkman Reforestation is a North American tree-planting company with 50 years of industry experience and more than 1.5 billion trees planted. The company presents itself as a long-running, respected reforestation employer focused on supporting its planters through professional management, training, safety, and quality camp systems. Its seasonal tree-planting work offers a physically and mentally demanding outdoor experience, with an emphasis on personal growth, teamwork, and community.

Brinkman provides experienced leadership and training to help planters build skills, and says it offers quality contracts, timely pay, and industry-leading health and safety practices. Camp provisions include nutritious meals, fresh-baked bread, showers, and transportation by helicopter where needed. The company also highlights a positive culture and strong connections among seasonal workers, many of whom return year after year. Its website features information about where it works, season statistics, management opportunities, safety programs, awards, and Indigenous reconciliation planting initiatives.
