## Description

Bristol Henleaze Swimming Club is a community swimming club serving young swimmers in Bristol. Founded in 1993, it brings together swimmers, coaches and parents to help young people build their swimming skills, pursue competitive development and enjoy swimming throughout their lives. The club has more than 500 swimmers training and learning each week at pools across North Bristol, including Clifton High School, the University of Bristol and Horfield Leisure Centre. It works in partnership with these facilities and Everyone Active.

The club offers learn-to-swim sessions for Minnows and Seals, alongside a squad pathway for swimmers progressing into competitive training. Its programmes include athlete development, swim camps and a para-pathway, with guidance on nutrition, competitions and becoming an official. Members can also access race opportunities, club events and support for managing their swim accounts. Bristol Henleaze swimmers have progressed to County, Regional and National qualification. Prospective swimmers can request a trial, with free tryouts available by contacting the club.
