About

Description

BritWeek is a non-profit organization that celebrates the creativity, excellence, and innovation between the UK and the US. Established in Los Angeles in 2007 by Nigel Lythgoe OBE and the former Consul General Bob Peirce, BritWeek aims to promote the close relationship between Britain and the US and advance business, arts, and philanthropy in both regions. Every Spring, BritWeek organizes a diverse program of events across Greater Los Angeles, showcasing British creativity in film & television, music, art, fashion, design, retail, sport, philanthropy, business, and more.

These events attract support from thousands of people, including international celebrities, business leaders, and political figures. In addition to hosting events, BritWeek has made significant philanthropic contributions to charities like Malaria No More, Save the Children, LA's BEST, Children's Hospital Los Angeles, and Big Brothers-Big Sisters. They also support programs promoting children's sports, children's literacy, and international professional internships.

Join the BritWeek mailing list to stay updated on their future events and be a part of this exciting celebration of creativity and innovation between the UK and the US
