## Description

Broadlands Homes is a registered charity providing retirement living in Minehead, Somerset. Established in 1945, it offers older people a comfortable, secure community where they can enjoy independence, companionship and support. The residence is set near the Bristol Channel coast and Exmoor, with local health and leisure services available in Minehead.

Broadlands provides 32 private en-suite bedrooms, along with a communal TV lounge, gardens, a patio and a fish pond. Residents can make use of a lift and stairlifts, Wi-Fi in communal areas, emergency call bells in bedrooms and bathrooms, and laundered bed linen and towels. The home also serves freshly cooked meals and aims to create a healthy, welcoming environment through support from its trained team.

Broadlands does not provide personal care in-house, but residents may choose to use a third-party care agency; the organisation can help arrange this if needed. As a non-profit charity, Broadlands reinvests fees and charges in its Minehead premises. Its services are designed to help residents enjoy retirement with comfort, dignity and community.
