## Description

The Brodhead Watershed Association (BWA) is a non-profit environmental organization dedicated to protecting and improving water resources and the environment in the Brodhead and Cherry creek watersheds. They offer a range of programs and services to assist municipalities, residents, businesses, and groups in protecting natural resources. BWA conducts outreach, workshops, public programs, and stream monitoring to collect baseline data. They are supported by various partners, including municipal partners, county agencies, and organizations like the Delaware Riverkeeper Network and Open Space Institute. BWA also collaborates with PennFuture and PennFuture to protect the Pocono Waters. Additionally, they work with the Monroe County Planning Commission and Monroe County Conservation District on various projects. Through their initiatives, BWA aims to promote clean water, green infrastructure, and climate change issues. Get involved with BWA by becoming a member or supporting their planned giving efforts. Stay updated on their activities and events by signing up for their monthly e-newsletter. For more information, visit their website or contact them directly.
