## Description

Brotkasten is a vegan-vegetarian food truck serving creative, freshly prepared street food at festivals, private events and other gatherings. Founded in 2020 by Bennie and his partners, the truck was built and designed by hand. Mike became its new face in 2024, continuing its focus on food made with care, much of it homemade. The name reflects the original idea of serving bread-based dishes such as sandwiches, panini and wraps from a food truck.

The menu is flexible, with every dish vegetarian and most vegan. Street-food options include vegan BBQ chicken döner, crunchy burgers, loaded fries, Mediterranean panini and vegan hot dogs, alongside vegetarian choices such as a brie, pear and onion-chutney panino. For catering, Brotkasten works with customers to create a tailored menu, served from the truck or arranged as a buffet. Warm dishes may include vegan vegetable curry, mushroom and potato-noodle pan and vegan goulash. At festivals, the selection is adapted to suit demand, and the team caters for weddings, birthdays and other events.
