## Description

Brown Bag Lit is an online writing community for people at every stage of their creative writing journey. Its welcoming philosophy is simple: if you write, you’re a writer. Whether someone is trying creative writing for the first time, pursuing an MFA, or developing a writing practice after graduate school, Brown Bag Lit aims to provide a supportive place to learn, connect, and keep writing.

The brand offers online writing classes focused on craft development, along with accountability groups that help participants stay on track with their goals. Writers can also join author talks and panels for motivation and connection with others in the writing community. For more individualized guidance, Brown Bag Lit provides writing coaching and editorial services, offering personal support and feedback. The site also invites visitors to subscribe to its newsletter for news and updates. Through its mix of learning opportunities, community events, accountability, and one-to-one assistance, Brown Bag Lit supports writers as they build their skills and sustain their creative practice.
