## Description

Brown Foundation, located in Mission, KS, is an established organization dedicated to commemorating and promoting the significance of Brown v. Board of Education. Since its founding in October 1988, the foundation has served as a platform for public discourse on the ongoing impact of the landmark case. Initially focused on awarding scholarships to minority students pursuing degrees in teacher education, the foundation has since expanded its programmatic activities.
