## Description

Bruin Racing is a student organization within UCLA’s Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science. It gives UCLA students a collaborative setting to apply classroom learning and build practical engineering experience in preparation for the workforce. Across the academic year, members take part in the complete vehicle development process: they design, manufacture, test, and compete single-seat vehicles. This work exposes participants to multiple stages of engineering, from developing a design through evaluating and refining a vehicle. Bruin Racing organizes its activities through three teams: Baja SAE, Formula, and Supermileage. These teams provide opportunities for students interested in vehicle engineering to contribute to hands-on projects and competition. The organization also lists outreach among its club activities and invites prospective members to explore its teams. Based at UCLA in Los Angeles, Bruin Racing is a place for students to gain practical experience while working together on engineering challenges. Students can contact the organization or reach the Baja, Formula, and Supermileage teams through the email addresses provided on its website.
