Welcome to Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM), a voluntary organization dedicated to promoting Total Quality Management (TQM) in Bangladesh. Established on May 4, 1996, BSTQM has emerged as a leading agency fostering quality management and culture across all sectors of the economy. Led by esteemed quality experts such as the late Engineer Mofiud Doula, Engr. A. M. M. Khairul Bashar P. Engr, Engr. Mokarram Uddin Ahmed, Engr. Syed Masud Hasan, and Mr. T. P. Biswas, BSTQM aims to benefit and improve the welfare of society. The organization initially started as the TQM Club and was later renamed the Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management in 1996. BSTQM organizes a variety of quality management programs, including training, workshops, seminars, and talks throughout the country. These programs utilize the professional expertise of members and other renowned resource persons to disseminate knowledge and share experiences in the field. Additionally, BSTQM focuses on developing a pool of resource persons by organizing Train-the-Trainer (TOT) and Refresher courses on TQM to enhance professional skills and knowledge in quality management. As a member of international bodies such as the Asian Network for Quality (ANQ) and participating in events like the International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC) and International Convention on Students' Quality Control Circles (ICSQCC), BSTQM remains at the forefront of quality management practices.
