## Description

Biotech Start-Up Management Oy (BSUM) is a life sciences advisory and consulting firm that combines artificial intelligence with hands-on entrepreneurial expertise. It supports biotech ventures and investors from early assessment through commercialization, growth, and exit, drawing on more than 25 years of experience. Its AI-powered due diligence service helps investors assess risks across intellectual property, regulation, science, legal matters, and finance. BSUM aims to deliver actionable findings within two to five days, with reports in PDF and Excel and options for follow-up questions and monitoring. Its broader services include initial freedom-to-operate and patentability analysis, market studies, business planning, funding applications, startup establishment, fundraising, technology transfer, valuation, investment agreement negotiations, and out-licensing and exit preparation. BSUM also provides business development support, operational and financial management guidance, and training in strategy and fundraising. The company builds Haihtuva, an AI-native virtual data room designed to read files on demand while they remain in the seller’s own storage rather than being uploaded. Buyers can choose the AI model they trust.
