## Description

Bürger-Schützen-Verein 1882 Osterfeld e.V. is a community shooting and heritage club based in Oberhausen-Osterfeld, Germany. Active since 1882, the association brings together around 150 members, including approximately 30 young people, and welcomes newcomers to visit a training session and learn about club life.

The club offers shooting activities across several disciplines, including air rifle and air pistol, blowpipe shooting, and large-calibre shooting. Its light-shooting program uses a SAM system and is designed for children up to age 12. Alongside sport, the association maintains local marksmen’s traditions and hosts an annual Schützenfest at its shooting facility. Members also attend celebrations organized by partner and affiliated clubs.

The club’s calendar includes social events such as summer and October festivals, as well as a Nikolaus celebration and Christmas gathering. Its website shares training schedules, event information, results, club news, and photographs, and provides details about membership and how to get in touch. Through its sporting programs, traditions, and year-round gatherings, the association offers activities for people of different ages.
