## Description

Buddio is a Danish running app designed to help people begin running or build distance through structured, audio-guided programs. Aimed especially at beginners and less experienced runners, it lets users choose a starting level and follow spoken instructions without having to plan each workout themselves. Coach Stephanie guides participants from the first session through their chosen program, with the goal of making running feel approachable, enjoyable and less solitary.

Programs range from a four-week power-walking plan and a six-week one-mile course to programs for learning to run 3 km or 5 km. The 3 km options include an eight-week program tailored for people with incontinence. More experienced users can choose an eight-week plan to progress from 5 km to 10 km. Buddio’s app is available through the App Store and Google Play. Membership costs 139 Danish kroner per month or 990 kroner per year, and includes a seven-day free trial with no commitment. Participant testimonials highlight the motivating guidance and sense of progress.
