Founded in 1979, the association has served the region for more than four decades, offering training in self-defense and kickboxing for a range of ages and experience levels. Its self-defense program includes Kung Fu Zì wèi shù, a practical, structured approach that combines martial arts skills with physical conditioning. Training is available for children, young people, adults, and seniors, with a dedicated preventive training group for participants aged 55 and over. The club also offers children’s self-defense sessions for ages 10 to 16. Kickboxing classes develop fitness, coordination, and reflexes through movement, punching, and kicking techniques, progressing to sparring. Members practise with partners and use focus mitts, punching bags, and boxing dummies. The club provides multiple weekly training sessions, as well as opportunities to attend seminars and other activities. Budokan Black Eagle welcomes prospective members to try a class and learn more about its programs, schedules, training locations, and membership options. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Martial Arts _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/budokanblackeagle) - [facebook](https://facebook.com/people) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idk9T9o_AL/w/153/h/100/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791160498870) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Red | #ff0d00 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | New Orleans | #f1cfa3 | light | ## Fonts - arial — asset _(custom)_ - Roboto — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
