## Description

St. Budo Lifestyle Karate is an Amsterdam-based karate organisation offering classes for children, young people and adults. Its approach presents karate as more than a martial art: training is intended to support perseverance, enthusiasm, mutual respect, a positive attitude and progress toward personal goals. For young participants, classes offer a constructive physical and mental outlet while helping develop structure and discipline.

The organisation’s programme includes Tuimelkarate for children aged four to five, youth karate for ages six to nine and nine to thirteen, karate for adults and young people, and competition training. Its Budo philosophy focuses on creating unity of body and mind, cultivating a strong spirit and improving technical skills. It also emphasises courtesy, a sense of honour, ongoing personal development, and genuine interest in and respect for others.

Visitors can request a free trial lesson by submitting their contact details and indicating their preferred class. St. Budo Lifestyle Karate is affiliated with the Karate-Do Bond Nederland under registration number 05-195.
