## Description

Budoteam Sokol Horoměřice is a martial arts club offering training in Jiu-Jitsu, Kosen Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Its approach treats Jiu-Jitsu as a comprehensive form of self-defense, including ground fighting, known as Ne-Waza. Training combines physical exercise, mental relaxation, enjoyment and practical self-defense, with instruction adapted to each participant’s abilities and physical condition.

The club welcomes children from age four, with a dedicated children’s program, as well as young people and adults of all genders. Members can train recreationally or take part in competitions; the team reports competing successfully in the Czech Republic and at tournaments in countries including Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Hungary and Germany. Some members have also competed in Abu Dhabi.

Budoteam organizes training camps in summer and winter. Summer activities include an international camp in Austria and a club camp at Boží Dar or Olešnice in the Orlické Mountains. The winter camp at Boží Dar also includes skiing instruction.
