Our story began in 1976 when Alberto Duhau, a 5th generation Argentine farmer, established Agrotécnica Monaguense, a sustainable and ecological livestock project in Venezuela. In 1996, we acquired our first buffaloes and founded Bufalinda. Since then, we have continued to innovate and expand our operations.

In 2004, we introduced automated milking for buffalo milk, and in 2007, we launched our product line under the Bufalinda brand. In 2016, we expanded our product range with El Griego, a line of natural yogurt made entirely from buffalo milk. In 2017, we inaugurated our new dairy plant equipped with state-of-the-art Italian and American technology.
