Founded by Jeff Goldman and his daughter Danielle, The Build Fellowship builds on the success of the Global Entrepreneur in Residence (GEIR) program, offering part-time employment and H-1B sponsorship opportunities to foreign nationals. With a strong focus on education and skill-building, The Build Fellowship aims to serve over 500 individuals at 10 partner institutions by 2024.

Emphasizing values of inclusivity and creativity, The Build Fellowship believes in the power of diverse perspectives and innovative solutions to overcome challenges in immigration and talent scarcity.
