## Description

BulkVM is a Phoenix, Arizona-based provider of unmanaged KVM virtual private servers designed for customers who need substantial storage and predictable data-transfer costs. Its plans combine SSD boot drives with multi-terabyte ZFS RAIDZ2 hard-drive storage, and include transfer allowances with no egress fees or inbound charges. Monthly plans start at $5 and offer varying amounts of memory, CPU capacity, storage, and network bandwidth. Each VPS includes full root access and is provisioned instantly, with a choice of operating systems including Linux distributions and FreeBSD.

BulkVM operates its own network, ASN, and IP space, with a 1.6 Tbps upstream network and port options from 1 Gbit to 10 Gbit, depending on the plan and upgrades selected. Its offerings include storage, backup, Nextcloud, and Windows RDP VPS services, as well as cloud storage alternatives and dedicated hosting. The service is unmanaged: BulkVM maintains the underlying hardware and network, while customers manage their own operating systems and software. Support is available by email or ticket.
