## Description

Bullnet Capital is a Spanish independent Venture Capital Firm that specializes in high technology start-ups. Founded in 2001 by Javier Ulecia and Miguel del Cañizo, Bullnet Capital aims to be a reference player in the Spanish technology VC market. With a focus on projects related to information technology, Bullnet Capital positions itself as a venture investor that prioritizes product positioning over services. They select projects with a sustainable technological differential value and have an instinctive drive to exit even before investing. Bullnet Capital also emphasizes the importance of thorough due diligence, combining technological and strategic analysis. They not only provide financial support but also actively contribute to the day-to-day running of participating companies. With an initial fund of 18 million euros, Bullnet Capital invested in five early-stage technological companies in its first years of operation. They take a hands-on approach, concentrating their efforts on selected initiatives and offering support in day-to-day operations. The Bullnet Capital team consists of Javier Ulecia, Miguel del Cañizo, and Carmen Arenzana.
