## Description

Meli Kirkwood is a women’s health and performance nutrition practice based in Savannah, Georgia, serving local clients and offering virtual services nationwide. Founded by Meli Mastroeni Kirkwood, the practice supports women who still feel unwell or unlike themselves despite trying to address their health concerns. Meli is a bilingual, Venezuela-born clinical nutritionist with more than 20 years of experience and training in functional nutrition, nervous system science, and movement.

The practice takes a nervous-system-first, whole-body approach, considering hormones, gut health, metabolism, genetics, stress, and movement together rather than as separate issues. Hormone, gut, and genetic testing help inform personalized plans, replacing guesswork with a clearer understanding of each client’s needs. The Integrated Performance Model brings nutrition, stress support, and movement together in an order tailored to the body, with the aim of helping clients feel and function better.

Services include nutrition consultations and individualized program planning. New clients can start with a free 20-minute consultation to discuss their concerns, what they have tried, and whether the practice is the right fit.
