Founded by a couple with more than 20 years’ combined experience dealing with medical emergencies, the business aims to give people the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to respond when someone needs help. Its courses are delivered by qualified instructors and draw on current first aid guidance, with learning designed to be clear, memorable and enjoyable.

Training options include paediatric first aid, first aid for parents and grandparents, allergy awareness and safe use of auto-injectors, first aid for children, basic life support and safe use of an AED, emergency first aid at work, first aid at work, and requalification. Adult and paediatric courses are described as 2.5 hours long and can be held at a participant’s home or workplace, with a minimum of four people. Bespoke packages are also available, including courses adapted for younger learners and small groups.
