Burke Mountain Naturalists (BMN) is a dedicated non-profit organization established in 1989, focused on fostering nature awareness and conservation in the TriCities area of British Columbia, which includes Port Moody, Coquitlam, and Port Coquitlam. Driven by a passion for the environment, BMN partners with local residents to promote enjoyment of nature and advocate for the preservation of local green spaces.

The club offers a variety of engaging activities such as monthly meetings, field trips, hiking, and wildlife monitoring. Members participate in projects that include bat monitoring, invasive species removal, and habitat enhancement, particularly around regions like DeBoville Slough and Colony Farm Regional Park.
