## Description

Burlington Minor Football Association (BMFA) is a community football organization serving Burlington athletes ages 8 to 18. Established in 1966, the association provides opportunities for more than 100 teams each year across flag football, tackle football, and player development programs. Its offerings include non-contact house and rep flag football in spring and fall, as well as competitive tackle teams from U10 through U18, with age eligibility determined by birth year. BMFA emphasizes football fundamentals, player safety, team development, and accessible pathways for athletes at different experience levels. The club also highlights opportunities beyond youth football: former players have advanced to the CJFL, U SPORTS, NCAA, CFL, and NFL. For families, BMFA provides program registration and season information, along with club announcements and updates. Its community activities include partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, volunteer and coaching roles, and a swag shop. Supported by local families, coaches, volunteers, and businesses, BMFA connects Burlington athletes with a wider Ontario football community while fostering a longstanding local football tradition.
