## Description

Buscatierras is a rural development and community activation agency focused on strengthening the economic, cultural, and social life of rural areas. Its technicians and rural development facilitators work with local institutions to support people who want to live and work in the countryside, encourage new agricultural careers, and help farming businesses pass on to the next generation. The agency provides territorial resources and studies, land-bank services, real estate mediation, communications, and support for local economic development. It also offers agricultural entrepreneurship training and mentoring, including a rural entrepreneurship course, and promotes activities such as AgriCultural Week, school gardens, and community gardens. Other services include an agricultural employment exchange and advice to local agricultural councils. Buscatierras aims to improve farm profitability, foster collaboration, and help restore the standing of agriculture. It also works to connect communities with their natural and cultural heritage and encourages residents to take part in local events. Through these initiatives, the agency helps develop opportunities, employment, and sustainable activity in rural communities.
