## Description

The Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange (BUTB) is one of the largest commodity exchanges in Eastern Europe, providing a marketplace for businesses to trade goods and services. Its trading sections cover metal products, agricultural products, timber, industrial and consumer goods, as well as emerging product categories. The exchange also facilitates trading in works and services, fast procurement, electronic procurement, property sales, and surplus or obsolete goods.

BUTB supports participants throughout the trading process with client and broker registration, trader accreditation, transaction registration, exchange accounts and deposits, and resources for arranging and executing deals. Its services include arbitration and dispute-related procedures, alongside training through the Exchange Education Center, which offers courses, seminars, and professional development.

To inform market decisions, the exchange publishes quotations, price indices, market reviews, activity ratings, and a trading bulletin. Its website also provides trading schedules, legal and regulatory documents, broker directories, and information services. With digital platforms and a mobile app, BUTB connects buyers and sellers and helps them access exchange trading and procurement opportunities.
