## Description

Catherine is a Seattle-based brand founded by Catherine Crow, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), Educator, Diet Investigator, and Coconut Milk Ice Cream Enthusiast. With a focus on strategic eating and real food therapy, Catherine helps women improve their nutrition without relying on expensive synthetic supplements or restrictive diets. Her goal is to transform the health of her clients by addressing the root causes of nutritional imbalances. Having personally experienced low energy, poor digestion, hormonal imbalance, and hair thinning, Catherine understands the frustration of searching for answers. After years of trial and error, research, and self-experimentation, she discovered the importance of understanding her own body and its unique needs. This journey led her to study different food philosophies, complete coursework in nutrition therapy, and specialize in gut microbiome analysis, fatty acid assessment, hair tissue mineral analysis, and genomic nutrition. Catherine shares her knowledge and insights on her blog, which has reached over 16 million people since 2011. Through her work, she aims to empower others to understand their bodies and make informed choices about what they eat. By providing valuable information and cutting through the noise of conflicting messages about diet and nutrition, Catherine helps her clients achieve better health and well-being.
