By Mysa is a Melbourne-based architecture and interior design practice that creates thoughtful, functional and enduring spaces for everyday life. Inspired by the Swedish concept of “Mysa”—embracing comfort, connection and contentment—the practice approaches architecture and interiors as equally important parts of a cohesive design. Each project is shaped around the client’s needs, the character of the place and the people who will inhabit it.

By Mysa’s work includes residential renovations, restorations and reconfigurations, with projects spanning heritage Victorian and Art Deco homes, a semi-detached brick residence and an apartment overlooking Fawkner Park. Its designs bring together original character and contemporary living through considered planning, refined interiors and carefully selected materials.

The practice offers an integrated architecture and interior design service from concept to completion. It also provides pre-purchase property reviews for clients considering a renovation or new build, as well as feasibility studies to help assess a project’s viability and guide decision-making.
