## Description

Phao is a private chef service in Greece, founded and led by Chef Theodore Armatas. It creates bespoke dining experiences for homes, villas, yachts, private flights and events, serving Athens, the Greek islands and the Greek Riviera, with travel available across Greece. Drawing on experience at Michelin-starred restaurants DELTA and SPONDI, Chef Theodore brings fine-dining precision to personal occasions and tailored menus.

Services include private dining for single meals and events; villa and yacht chef arrangements for an entire stay; weekly meal planning and preparation; corporate events and premium catering; and catering for private flights. The team can manage menu design, ingredient sourcing, cooking, serving, staffing and cleanup, according to the service and event. Menus are shaped around guests’ preferences, dietary requirements, intolerances, occasion and seasonal Greek ingredients.

Phao’s booking process begins with an inquiry, followed by a conversation with Chef Theodore to refine the details. The company emphasizes attentive planning and a polished, personal experience, whether clients are arranging an intimate dinner, a celebration or hospitality for a larger gathering.
