Byron-Bergen Library, chartered in May 1985, is a public library that serves the communities of Byron and Bergen in New York. With a commitment to providing innovative resources and services, the library aims to inspire imagination, promote education, and create a friendly, multi-generational environment. Their funding comes from the Town of Bergen, Town of Byron, delinquent fees, Genesee County, State aid, as well as grants and donations.

The library offers a range of services and resources to support its mission. They have a wide collection of adult and children's books, DVDs, and Playaways that can be borrowed for a three-week loan period. The library also has dedicated spaces for teens, with computer access and comfortable seating, as well as a tutoring area to assist patrons with learning new technologies.

Byron-Bergen Library values free and open access to its services and resources, and they strive to provide high standards of customer service. The Library Board of Trustees, along with its employees and volunteers, continuously work towards expanding and improving the library's resources and programming to meet the needs of the community. All individuals living or owning property within the NIOGA region are eligible to receive a library card free of charge, provided they can show proof of residency or property ownership.
