## Description

Its aim is to record each tonne of CO2e, link it to evidence, and document its retirement on-chain, creating a public trail rather than relying solely on scattered reports and private databases.

Users can connect an EVM-compatible wallet, add c0 Testnet, and claim test gas from a faucet. The platform supports recording footprints and removal projects, checking submissions through an MRV oracle, and retiring testnet tCO2e for a permanent public certificate. Its explorer displays project status, evidence references, transactions, and ledger activity. Evidence files are hashed in the user’s browser; only the hash is placed on-chain.

The ecosystem also includes the $C0 community token on Arc, a holder link that recognizes qualifying balances, and c0 Signals, where eligible holders can vote on network rules. Registry tools, verifier staking, and a production mainnet are presented as future plans. Testnet assets have no value, and demo projects are fictional.
