The Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Rwanda (C4IR Rwanda) is at the forefront of shaping the future of technology governance. C4IR Rwanda's key areas of focus include creating a solid foundation for harnessing the Fourth Industrial Revolution through data governance, and accelerating the societal benefits of artificial intelligence and machine learning while ensuring equity, privacy, transparency, accountability, and social impact. Their approach emphasizes agility, speed, collaboration, and multi-stakeholder input. By prototyping, testing, and iterating policy and governance tools, C4IR Rwanda enables adaptive problem-solving and integration of local nuances.
