Working in the community since 2011, C4PD partners with local agencies and residents to address poverty, hunger, health challenges and gender-based discrimination. Its mission is to advance community-led health, education and economic empowerment, supporting healthier, more equitable and climate-resilient livelihoods. C4PD’s programmes cover sexual and reproductive health and rights, climate adaptation and food security, community health, mental health, and early childhood education. Its initiatives include empowering adolescent girls and young women, supporting smallholder mixed farming—including crops, livestock, fishing and aquaculture—and strengthening community malaria prevention and health-seeking practices. The organisation also builds young people’s capacity, advocates for women’s rights and participation, and works with schools, families and communities to improve learning through art- and play-based approaches. Guided by integrity, inclusion, community ownership, sustainability and partnership, C4PD seeks to strengthen local leadership and promote social justice. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Public Health and Safety _(under Health)_ ## Links - [twitter](https://twitter.com/c4pdkenya) - [facebook](https://facebook.com/c4pdkenya) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/c4pdkenya) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idM1k5uB8x/w/150/h/81/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790292359029) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idM1k5uB8x/w/75/h/75/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790292359203) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Ebony | #010103 | accent | | Heavy Metal | #2c3126 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
