Description
C5 Georgia is a nationally-recognized nonprofit youth foundation that aims to change the odds of success for high potential teens in under-resourced communities. Through their various programs, including camps, leadership development, and life preparatory programs, C5 Georgia provides students with the opportunity to pursue personal success and emerge as character-driven individuals who are ready to take on challenges in their communities and beyond. Their mission is to inspire high potential teens to pursue personal success while preparing them for leadership roles in college, work, and their communities. The organization is guided by the values of character, education, leadership, community, diversity and inclusion, experiential learning, and personal development.
C5 Georgia was founded by John Alm, the former President & CEO of Coca-Cola Enterprises, and his wife Carolyn. It started as a summer camp program and evolved into a comprehensive five-year leadership development and college readiness program. Today, C5 Georgia is part of a nationwide network of youth foundations dedicated to empowering young individuals. Discover leadership, experience achievement, and change the odds of success by getting involved with C5 Georgia.
