## Description

Kleintierzuchtverein C66 Grötzingen e. V. is a small-animal breeding and community association based in Grötzingen, Karlsruhe. Its members share an interest in keeping, raising and showing small and domestic animals, and take particular pleasure in caring for young animals and earning recognition for pedigree breeds. The club keeps a diverse range of animals, including rabbits, poultry, birds, peafowl, emus, sheep and goats. It also works to help preserve rare and traditional domestic breeds, maintaining a connection to the rural animal-keeping traditions once familiar in local villages and towns.

C66 brings members and the wider community together through regular events and activities. Its calendar includes a chicken festival, a local livestock show, an outing, a children’s holiday programme, seasonal celebrations, meetings and animal exhibitions. The association also offers opportunities to join its club and take part in shared work and traditions. Visitors can spend time at the club grounds’ Hasenheim, where food and drinks are available.
