Campaign Against Arms Trade (CAAT) is a UK-based organisation working towards a just world in which conflict is resolved without the use of force. Its central aim is to end the international arms trade and challenge the policies, institutions and businesses that sustain it. CAAT campaigns on issues including UK government support for arms exports, arms companies, weapons fairs, militarism, policing and border controls. It also promotes alternatives, such as rethinking security and shifting resources from arms to renewable energy.
