CAC was established in 2006 when Cuyahoga County residents approved a tax on cigarettes to support arts and culture. Since then, they have invested over $207 million in more than 436 organizations of all sizes, making the community a more vibrant place to live, work, and play. Through their renewed tax funding, CAC is able to invest nearly $12 million annually in arts and culture programs and events.
