## Description

Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT) is a public research and education institution focused on advancing digital technology and building an inclusive, sustainable digital society in Cambodia. Its three institutes—the Institute of Digital Technology, Institute of Digital Governance, and Institute of Digital Research & Innovation—support education, research, and innovation across the country’s digital sector.

CADT offers four-year bachelor’s degrees with multiple specializations and two-year master’s programs in artificial intelligence and data science. It also provides digital skills learning resources and scholarships covering 50–100% of tuition in digital technology majors, with additional benefits for women students.

Research and technology transfer are central to CADT’s work. Its projects include Khmer Braille translation, the Khmer Fastype word-prediction tool, Khmer text-to-speech and speech-recognition systems, and SOK, a receptionist robot designed for human-machine interaction in Khmer. The academy also supports research and innovation through facilities and initiatives such as a makerspace, co-innovation space, event space, AI for Education, a research center, and DigiCheck.
