The story of Cafe Delicias began in 1964 when Nabor Ramirez opened the first location in Old Town Auburn.

Inspired by its success, he expanded and opened the second location in Roseville. Over time, Mr. Ramirez and his wife, Rosario, along with their six children, Ofelia, Ruben, Emilio, Maggie, Rojelio, and Miguel, built the business from the ground up.
