## Description

CAI Cusano Milanino is a local branch of the Italian Alpine Club, dedicated to mountain activities and culture since 1991. Part of Italy’s longstanding association for mountaineers and mountain enthusiasts, the group promotes responsible participation in activities ranging from hiking and climbing to ski mountaineering and caving. It also encourages members to learn about the mountains’ geographic, geological, natural and cultural features, while supporting conservation and respect for the alpine environment.

The club organizes group outings and events that bring members together to explore mountain landscapes and heritage. Its calendar includes a visit to the historic Strada delle 52 Gallerie on Monte Pasubio, a military mule track built during the First World War, as well as social gatherings and seasonal excursions. CAI Cusano Milanino emphasizes solidarity, safety, sustainable practices and care for nature, reflecting its belief in the strength of a supportive group.

The club is based at Palazzo Cusano, Via Zucchi 1, in Cusano Milanino, and is open on Thursdays from 9 to 11 p.m.
