Cake Bloom is a brand that was founded by Susan, our baby sister, in 2012. We are a team of five sisters who have combined our talents and passions to help elevate Cake Bloom into new and exciting markets. Originally established on the west coast as a wedding cake business, Susan brought her skills and family to Virginia in late 2019, where she launched Cake Bloom Charlottesville.

Despite opening right at the beginning of the pandemic, Cake Bloom thrived by offering a home delivery model and specializing in small party cakes. Inspired by our upbringing on Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, where celebrating special moments was always cherished, we strive to bring that extra touch to all occasions. With our backgrounds in baking, event planning, and design, we curate each cake with the finest ingredients, seasonal and local when possible, and adorn them with beautifully-arranged florals and pressed botanicals.
