## Description

Calendaw, also known as Calendar Studio, is a digital calendar system built in Nepal for schools and organisations. Developed by Berkeley Computer in Kathmandu, it helps schools keep parents informed without requiring a mobile app. Calendaw turns a printed school calendar into a branded, interactive online calendar that can be accessed through a permanent QR code.

The service includes setup and design of a school calendar featuring exams, holidays, events and notices. Schools can update event details online at any time, while parents can receive automatic reminders and sync dates with Google Calendar, Outlook or other digital calendar apps. Calendaw also provides a print-ready calendar, QR code generation, website embedding, and local support by WhatsApp and phone.

Its annual plan is listed at NPR 2,500–5,000 and includes calendar setup, branding and use throughout the academic year. Schools can request a free demo calendar before deciding. Calendaw is designed to reduce missed dates and repetitive staff reminders while making school communication easier for parents and staff.
