## Description

@calinp is the personal brand of an independent game developer who creates games centered on the satisfying clang of metal objects colliding. The site combines a developer’s blog with information about the creator’s projects, offering readers a look at both game development and the technical ideas behind it. A featured project is STAR BREW: OVEREXTRACT, a game available on Steam; the developer also discusses using custom graphics techniques in its production. Blog posts explore subjects such as recreating the visual style of the original PlayStation in Godot 4, including low-resolution rendering, limited color palettes, texture sampling, and the PlayStation GPU. The developer also created P-chan, a PlayStation emulator, and shares technical knowledge gained from building its hardware rasterizer. Overall, @calinp presents a distinctly hands-on, technically curious approach to indie game creation, pairing original game projects with detailed, personal writing about graphics programming, retro hardware, and the tools used to bring a particular visual style to life.
