Calisthenics Family offers international 1-on-1 online coaching, online workout plans and courses, and shares valuable content on their Instagram and YouTube channels with over 150,000 subscribers. Michael Woerdman, one of the owners, is an official Myprotein athlete and a national champion in strict form push-ups with an impressive record of 110 reps.
