## Description

Calyxen is a sound creation and research studio led by Romaric Defrance, specializing in spatial audio, binaural sound, interactive sound design, and music for digital experiences. The studio develops custom sound worlds for virtual reality projects, from individual user-interface effects to more comprehensive audio environments designed to immerse audiences. Its services cover the full sound-production process, from concept and creation through to final mixing.

Calyxen also provides interactive audio integration for games and applications developed with Unity and Unreal Engine. Its Wwise expertise, including instructor certification, supports the implementation of responsive audio experiences. The studio’s work extends to motion design and immersive platforms such as HTC Vive and GearVR.
