## Description

Campbelltown Amateur Swimming Club is a community-focused swimming club based at the Gordon Fetterplace Aquatic Centre in Bradbury, New South Wales. Its mission is to encourage participation in swimming in a safe, friendly and caring environment, supporting members equally regardless of ability and helping with swimming goals where possible. The club welcomes swimmers of all ages and abilities, from those who want to improve their times at weekly club races to those pursuing competitive swimming at district, state and national levels. It supports both able-bodied swimmers and swimmers with disability.

Club race nights are held on Friday evenings during school terms, with warm-up from 6:30 pm and racing starting at 7:00 pm. Newcomers can attend two free, no-obligation trial nights before joining. Membership options include non-swimmer, club swimmer and full swimmer categories, with different competition access. The club also hosts meets and other events. Council-run Learn to Swim classes serve babies through adults, while squad training offers a pathway for competitive swimmers; the squad coaches are also club coaches.
