Camp Kudzu is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to serving children and teens who live with type 1 diabetes. With a mission to educate, empower, and inspire, Camp Kudzu offers a range of programs and services to help these young individuals and their families. For over 23 years, Camp Kudzu has been providing year-round programming designed to boost confidence, foster connections with peers, and increase knowledge about living a healthy life with diabetes.

As Georgia's largest provider of diabetes self-management education and support services, Camp Kudzu plays a crucial role in the lives of children aged 5 to 18 with insulin-dependent diabetes. Delivered by a team of trained endocrinologists, healthcare professionals, and volunteers, their programs include overnight summer camps, family camp weekends, teen retreats, junior retreats, a week-long day camp, and Kudzu One Day (K1D) events throughout the state. By supporting Camp Kudzu, you contribute to better support and services for the 8,000+ children in Georgia living with type 1 diabetes.
