## Description

CampsPilot is a software platform for football clubs and academies that organise holiday camps. It brings the main tasks of running a camp into one place: publishing camp details, collecting registrations, tracking payments and managing participants. The service is designed to replace scattered tools such as PDFs, separate registration forms, email threads and spreadsheets with a single, connected workflow.

For parents, registration is designed to take about four minutes, works on mobile without an account, and provides immediate confirmation and a clear payment option. Organisers can review outstanding payments, missing emergency contact details, camp capacity and waiting lists in a practical task list. Clubs can use their own crest, colours, camps and prices on the shared platform.

CampsPilot highlights safeguards for children’s data: details are used for the booked camp and deleted six months after it ends; photo consent is separate, optional and revocable; and each club can access only its own participants.
