## Description

The Canadian CLN2 Foundation is a family-led nonprofit formed in 2019 by the parents of two children diagnosed with CLN2 Batten disease. The foundation works to raise awareness of this rare disease and support people and families affected by it in Canada. Recognizing how difficult it can be to navigate the rare-disease landscape, it helps families find guidance and connect with available resources and care.

The organization also directs donations toward vital research aimed at treating CLN2 Batten disease symptoms and, ultimately, finding a cure. Through fundraising, advocacy, and family support, the foundation seeks to improve the outlook for those living with the condition and advance efforts so that it may no longer be considered terminal. Its work brings together research goals and practical help for families facing the challenges of a diagnosis.

The foundation invites supporters to donate and help sustain its efforts to raise awareness, assist families, and pursue further research. More information about its story and Batten disease is available through CureforClaire.com.
